Matt has founded and/or scaled several businesses in the real estate and construction sector including a number of M&A / exits.
 
With 30 years’ experience in the construction industry working with Main Contractors, PQS & Project Management Consultancies and Major Developers across the UK; Matt has been involved with most aspects of the Construction Procurement & Build Cycle from initial land acquisitions and planning applications, design, contractual agreements, project delivery through to the settlement of complicated final accounts.
 
Matt strives to maintain healthy working relationships between all parties; ensuring communication, cost control and project responsibilities are managed effectively to allow the whole development process to operate as efficiently as is possible.
 
Matt is a BSc Qualified Quantity Surveyor, studied Construction Project Management & Law (MSc) and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration.
